The Mayfair Hotel redevelopment involved the conversion of an existing Heritage Listed building to a 4.5 Star 170 room Hotel with additional retail tenancies at ground floor.

Trice successfully managed various stages of the project including the initial feasibility, coordination of planning approval, assembly of design team, tendering & management of construction works and coordination of FF&E.
